Raised in the San Fernando Valley, Jason has deep roots and passion for all fragments Los Angeles has to offer; from the eateries in the NoHo Arts District, to the rooftops in DTLA and the beach towns along the coast.

Jason's passion for LA real estate began in 2008 when he began managing rentals and investing in Real Estate. Since then he has purchased and expanded several homes / condos as rental properties in the San Fernando Valley.
